We have both new and like new units. The new units are are in the original packaging from HP. The like new are barely used HP surplus. We thoroughly test each of the like new ones using our custom power supply testing fixture.

C6409-60014 is the revised version of this AC power adapter for HP DeskJet 710/712/720/722C and DeskJet 810/812/830/832/840/880/882/890C printers. This power supply replaces C4557-60004, but it is rated at only 1.1A instead of the 1.7A for the earlier version. The specifications are: Input = 100-240VAC~0.6A 50/60Hz, Output = +18VDC at 101A output.
